Refund policy

Spreadsheet templates are digital files, so you can't send them back. We still want you to be happy with what you bought.

14 days, no fuss

If a template doesn't work for you, email hello@thesteadysheet.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number (it's in your receipt email). Tell us briefly what went wrong; if it's something we can fix, we'll offer that first. If you'd still like your money back, we'll refund you in full.

How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by Stripe, our merchant of record, so refunds go back to your original payment method through them. Most banks show the refund within 5 to 10 business days.

After 14 days

We may not be able to refund purchases older than 14 days, but please get in touch anyway. If a file is broken, we'll fix it.

Bundles

The Steady Bundle is refunded as a whole. If only one template in it isn't right for you, email us and we'll work something out.

Fair use

We may decline refunds where there's a clear pattern of abuse, such as repeated buy-and-refund orders.
