About The Steady Sheet

The Steady Sheet is a small independent shop. Each template does one job well: keeping a rental's books straight, getting out of debt, or sharing costs fairly with a partner.
How we build them
- Plain and readable. Yellow cells are yours to fill in. Everything else is a formula, locked without a password so you can't break it by accident but can still customize it.
- Works everywhere you already are. Every template runs the same in Google Sheets and Excel, with no macros and no add-ons.
- Tested with real numbers. Each file is checked against an independent calculation of its key results, and again with every example cell cleared, so you never open it to a wall of errors.
- Honest about limits. The templates organize your numbers. They don't give financial or tax advice, and they say so.
- Yours to keep. One payment, no subscription, and your data never leaves your file.
